Some of the more common health effects and symptoms from toxic molds are as follows: itchy eyes, nose bleeds, continuing sinus problems, chronic fatigue, headaches, memory issues, running nose, and even skin rashes or sores. In more serious cases some studies have led to concerns about lung diseases and birth defects from prolonged exposure to toxic or black molds. Not all people living or working in an environment contaminated by mold will experience symptoms, and those who do may not experience the same symptoms as those around them.
Same way, Asbestos fibres are easily inhaled and carried into the lower regions of the lung where they can cause fibrotic lung disease and changes in the lining of the chest cavity (pleura). These diseases can lead to reduced respiratory function and death. Long-term inhalation of asbestos fibres also increases the risk of lung cancer and mesothelioma.
Our mold inspector uses specialized equipment like moisture meters, relative humidity indicators & thermal imaging which allows them to find hot spots where mold is most likely growing.
